Açaí

Have you heard about açaí? 

It's a fruit from Amazónia (Brazil) and has a huge success in Brazil specially. And you know how fanatic they are with their bodies, right? ;)

It's quite easy to find it there and now we have in Portugal (in some Pingo Doce supermarkets).

It comes in this bowl and we heat it in the microwave for 1 minute (to have a creamy texture) and mix it with cereals and fruit (or just one of this).

The beneficts of Açaí for our health:

- Acts as anticancer agent

  - Great natural energy

  - Strengthens mental and physical health

  - Rich source of fiber, phosphorus, minerals, calcium, potassium, iron and vitamins (A and B)

  - Inhibits the formation of free radicals and cholesterol, preventing premature aging.

Farm Summer House

Once in a while I talk about FARM - a brazilian fashion brand (from Rio de Janeiro), well known for its beautiful prints.

The brand is not sold in other countries, other than Brazil, that's why I always have to go back to Rio to shop in Farm! ahah

Last tuesday was the "Casa Farm " Opening in Ipanema (Rio de Janeiro). I was in Rio and a friend is working for the brand there so I went to check it out:

In Rio...

It was just a quick stop in Rio... only 3 days but it's always wonderful to come back!

I went with my friend Inês (check out her blog here), who works in the aviation - a great way to travel low cost and have fun with one of your best friends!

I was already missing my favorite city, last time I was there was in March and the Brazilian summer is all the best! Specially if you're living in a cold winter like here in Portugal

White eyeliner



Ths white eyeliner is a big hit this season! when I first saw this pictures I immediately thought: I need a white eyeliner! Love it in both versions: red or nude lips - both are ok when used correctly. The face must be impeccably maintained and be careful not to overdo the makeup. Soft tones in the chicks (I always prefer rose and orange tones) and mascara only in the upper lashes.

Notice how the look is more open and the face totally lit.
